Let’s get started! # Recipe: Jerk Steak And Shrimp Over Yellow Rice ## Ingredients - 2 tablespoons olive oil - 1 pound steak, cut into strips - 1 teaspoon jerk seasoning - 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined - 2 cups cooked yellow rice - 1 cup chopped red bell pepper - 1/2 cup diced onion - 1/4 cup chopped cilantro ## Instructions 1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Add the steak strips and season with jerk seasoning. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Add the shrimp and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4. Add the cooked yellow rice, red bell pepper, onion, and cilantro.
